抗癌功效一样吗?
差别不大
茶叶由于制作工艺的不同被分为绿茶、红茶、白茶、乌龙茶等等,有些经过发酵、有些未发酵,因此口感上差异也很大,但是目前科学界的主流观点认为不同品种茶叶的营养价值差不不大。因此,无论是哪种茶,抗癌成分都相差不大,抗癌功效也类似。
“饮茶禁忌”
1、太烫喝太热茶的人发生食管鳞状细胞癌的风险显著增加[7]。
2、太多茶叶中含有咖啡因,每日摄入量应小于400mg,即绿茶小于14杯,红茶小于8杯[8]。
3、空腹空腹喝茶容易引起身体不适,出现心悸、头晕等症状。
当然,也有一些流行病学的研究认为饮茶与某些癌症风险降低之间没有显著关系。这一点也可以理解,毕竟茶作为一种消遣的饮品,并不是要物,不能与要物、甚至营养补充剂相提并论。但是,茶叶并不会增加我们的癌症风险,同时还有降低心血管疾病风险、二型糖尿病风险等作用。只要避开上面提到的喝茶禁忌,夏天多喝一点没关系的~
